Feasibility study for the construction of a new multi-story Workforce Training building at the Knight Campus of CCRI.

The proposed $50M building incorporates a stepped section on the sloping site, so that the double height shops occupy the rear of the building and can be accessed directly at that level, but the Main Entry Plaza at the front of the building would be at the mid-level and appear a 2 story building where students and staff would enter and either circulate up to classrooms or down to shops.
